Controllers SBFEC DMK-6CS Series
DMK (pulse controller) 6CS Serial (new 6th generation) uses a central processor (made in the US) to set button parameters, digital display, pulse time, interval time. The controller cleans dust according to the “Stop/Run” signal. The outputs send control signals to help open/close the electromagnetic pulse valves to blow compressed air to shake off dust. Alarm function with alarm signal.
DMK-6SC Series has complete electronic control function, digital display and simple operation, has both time control and differential pressure control, dust cleaning control with Online and Offline control modes. The box design with safe and stable aluminum alloy housing, suitable for many different harsh environments, meeting IP65 dust and water protection standards.

Based on type definition, main frame design, output channel, integrated DP module, DMK-6CS Serial has the following exact order code:
– DMK: Pulse valve controller.
– 6CS (D/E): 6th generation product line, D is the high level version that both controls dust shaking by compartment and DP control, E is an expansion unit to increase the number of valve outputs more than the limited number of outputs on the main frame.
– XX: output bits = [number of offline valves + number of electromagnetic pulse valves] = [the bits of main frame + the bits of expansion unit(s)].
Example “DMK-6CSD-12”:
– main frame, 6th generation, pulse valve controller with built-in differential pressure control function and 12 valve outputs.
– in/out voltage 220VAC/24VDC.
– size 255mm x 185mm x 80mm (L x W x H).
The main frame is required for all other expansion unit combinations.
Number of ports /Main frame: 6 – 12 – 20 – 28 points.
Number of ports /Expansion unit: 10 – 30 – 60 points.
