Currently, the Asco Dust collector valve in the Vietnam market is widely faked, the price is only 1/2 of the real product from Asco USA. Counterfeit valves affect the reputation of Asco USA in the Vietnamese market. While the Asco valve membrane life is up to 5 years, the fake valve can only be used for a few months.
From 2018 the 353 serials will replace the letter A with G. Specifically, SCG353A053, A051, A047… will be replaced with G053, G051, G047, and the SCG353 series will remain the same. The coil color also changed from black to turquoise. The serial number is laser engraved directly on the valve body (cannot be erased). Serial no valve body & coil must be the same. On the coil will write directly the year of manufacture as well as related information.
