Tan Thanh Company in collaboration with the Dutch PUM Organization continues to implement the 2nd training program on system development and business administration, in which PUM’s training expert works for 3 weeks at the company until the end of April 2025.
Focus on sustainability and efficiency
PUM expert helps leader better understand internal competencies, restructures organization, moves towards sustainable growth, and prepares for the future. Within the project timeframe, Tan Thanh has built a real-time information and operation management system, coordinating departments to implement synchronously according to common goals, increasing work efficiency.
