FINETEK VALVE

FineTek valves are industrial automation equipment solutions, used in negative pressure dust collection systems, cleaning filters with compressed air pulse jets in vacuum cleaners, operating automatically arcording to the valve control circuit. FineTek valves are suitable for dust collection systems such as filter bags, filter boxes, flat bags, ceramic tubes and metal fiber filters.

FineTek’s industrial products are present globally. Offices and factories in Taiwan, China, Singapore, Indonesia, Germany and the United States. In Vietnam territory, Tan Thanh is the official distributor authorized by Finetek to distribute all FineTek’s instruments, for industrial dust collecting systems, produced and warranted by FineTek.

Structure and Operating Principle of FineTek Valve

Structure of FineTek Valve

FineTek valve is a pressure-resistant device, mounted on a pneumatic pipe, basically having a common structure of a diaphragm valve with the main components: valve body (1) and valve cover (2) including 2 air chambers tightly attached together by bolts (3), there is a pulse diaphragm (4) separating the 2 chambers along with a spring (5) to always close the valve diaphragm (normally closed valve).

Finetek diaphragm valve lines have many models with structures ranging from the basic ones as above to customized valve models:

  • Control: the valve is controlled to open/close remotely, or integrated with an electromagnetic coil that directly controls the valve.
  • Pipe connection: the valve connects the pipe by thread or by coupling.

Operating principle of FineTek Valve

  • The diaphragm valves are used specifically in the dust collector system. The valve consists of 2 air chambers divided by a piece of diaphragm. The 2 chambers are connected through an Air Passage (air passage’s diameter is smaller than the Air Orifice of the pilot valve).
  • When the orifice opens, the air in the upper chamber is exhausted much faster than the speed of air that enters through the air passage. The air pressure of the upper chamber drops significantly, the higher pressure of the lower chamber pushes the diaphragm up and opens a bigger passage for air to enter into the bottom chamber. This sudden burst of air is used to inflate the fabric filter so as to shake off all the dust clinging on the bag filter.
  • When the orifice closes, the pressure in both chambers equalizes and the diaphragm returns to its original position via the force of the coiled spring.
