FINETEK BDB Remote Solenoid Enclosure
FINETEK BDB Remote Solenoid Enclosure is a enclosure containing BDB-V series solenoid valves, used to remotely control the dust removal valves (Pulse valves series BRD/BDV/BRC) in dust collector systems.
The equipment is manufactured by FineTek, Taiwan, certified to comply with CE standards (Europe), VDE (Germany) technology and electrical equipment quality and safety, Ex NEPSI (USA) integrated capacitor box design standards. General characteristics of the enclosure:
- Optional box size for quantity from 02 up to 06 valves (06V box) or from 07 up to 12 valves (12V box).
- Pneumatic tube length from 1 to 3 meters.
- Suitable for ambient temperature from -20 to 60ºC, operating temperature from -20 to 85ºC.
- Operating pressure: 0.3 – 8.6 bar.
- Controller components are integrated inside the box, simple wiring, space saving.
- Aluminum box and cover, additional option of explosion proof type (“W” box).
- Ingress Protection: IP65 (EN 60529).
- Explosion-proof: Ex NEPSI (NEPSI PROOF).
Control valve features:
- Compact control valve type.
- Aluminum valve, 1 NBR diaphragm, 1/8” or 1/4” pneumatic tube connection, operating pressure from 2 – 8.6 bar.
- Suitable for fluids: filtered air and oil-free air.
Solenoid coil features:
- Coil insulation: Class F (155ºC).
- Electrical equipment standards: EN 60204.1 and VDE 0580.
- Voltage levels: DC24V (±10%), AC220V (±10%) 50/60Hz, AC110V (±10%), 50/60Hz.
- Lead wire connection or DIN 43650A.
- Power consumption: 12W for 24VDC type, inrush: 17 VA, holding: 14.5 VA.

In terms of basic structure, FineTek only has 2 box sizes for 6 coils and 12 coils.
- Model BDB-06V-XX has the corresponding ordering code: BRDBM1P-MHF-XXXX-A.
- Model BDB-12V-XX has the corresponding ordering code: BRDBM1P-MHF-XXXX-B.
Depending on the order requirements, there are different technical parameter options, the determination is as below.

Connector:
– Convenient for users to install ash cleaning system on dust collector.

– Box with integrated air valve cluster (using air pressure) model BDB, mounted coil model BDB-V (remote control type).
– Valve diaphragm material: NBR.

Synchronous devices related to the operation
Controllers FINETEK AE71, AEX6 and expansion boards. The AEX6 series has programming functions and advantages:
– Output points can be increased up to 620 points.
– Equipped with a remote control function, therefore making it easy to Start/Stop operation.
– Has a shutdown function for the cleaning cycle (the exhaust fan stops cleaning the tube) to avoid clogging caused by moisture in the dust.
– Can be connected to a 4~20mA input (differential pressure or dust pressure).
– When the set value is reached, the interval time will automatically be shortened to improve performance.Diaphragm Valves FINETEK BRC, BRD and BDV – dust removal valves are remote type. The latest generation of FineTek diaphragm valve BRC series has outstanding advantages:
– Fast response, large flow rate, good reverse cleaning effect, less energy consumption.
– Available sizes: ¾”,1″, 1½”, 2″, 2½”, 3″.
– Material: aluminum valve.
