The AEX6 is specifically designed for pneumatic dust collector systems. It features a microprocessor and a logic analysis & control circuit, with 10 or 20 output points (expandable to 620 points with an expansion board) to control the solenoid of the diaphragm valve, which in turn manages the pulse jet sequence of the valves, achieving the primary goal of cleaning the bag filter.
- LED Display Panel: Indicates the current pulse jet position.
- Adjustable Settings: Pulse jet time and interval can be adjusted. The number of control points can also be modified and increased.
- Wide Application Range: User-friendly operation.
- External Current Input Terminal: Connects to a differential pressure transmitter for dust concentration detection. When the current reaches the set value, the fabric bag is attached more securely, and the pulse jet interval is automatically shortened to enhance cleaning efficiency. Continuous low current indicates a broken fabric bag and reduced pressure.
- Built-in Relay Contact: Can be used as an alarm output.

For example, the model with product code AEX60A00-NB01 is a high-level Programmable AEX6 Controller, controls 10 outputs, which includes a sequential control board, AC output, no 4-20mA current connection, has a dustproof and waterproof protective case.

- Motherboard is necessary for all different combinations of expansion / module boards.
- Min. port numbers: Motherboard: 10 points / Expansionboard: 20 points / Moduleboard: fixed 10 points.
- Referred to above table for suggested combinations for 10 ~ 100 points, it can be up to 620 points as
maximum.

In the dust collector, the AE controller is used to open the pilot solenoid valve and control the diaphragm valve when blowing and collecting dust. The dust removal system is used to collect dust and impurities from the air, thus reducing air pollution. – Digital display, easy to use, view the operating status. |
Used in the baghouse filter dust collector system of the cement grinding equipment line, for the purpose of dust collection. – The diaphragm valves is designed in a structure that allows the air pulse from the diaphragm valves to blow into the mouth of the dust filter bags, with a large flow rate, shaking off the dust on the bags, removing dust and preventing dust from polluting the air.
