Features of Split Collar Filter Bag Cage:
For dust systems with limited space, a split collar bag cage design is required, involving the following steps: installing a bottom-up type through the side doors of the filter tank, attaching the filter bag with cages, covering the bag mouth through the cage mouth, and then securing it to the filter tank by tightening the hose clamp.
With filter bag over 3 meters (up to 6 meters), the mouth of the bag needs to be attached with a venturi part as a guide for the compressed air pulse to shoot deep into the bottom of the bag, to increase the efficiency of dust removal along the length from the mouth to the bottom of the filter bag.
Application of Split Collar Filter Bag Cage:
Dust filter bag cages are used in a variety of dust treatment applications: Factory dust filtration, incinerator dust filtration, dust-generating processing production lines, in many industries (ceramic, steelmaking and non-ferrous metals, woodworking, fertilizer production, cosmetic chemicals, animal feed, mining, thermal power, printing ink, paint filtration,…).

The cages are processed by multi-point press welding, the welds are eye-catching and even, the frame is straight, minimizing welding scales.
Manufacturing Process:
- Pull the steel wire according to the wire diameter requirements from 3mm to 5mm.
If the material is black steel, it is possible to process hot-dip galvanizing the steel wire, the top and bottom of the frame (as required). - Further reference: Hot-dip galvanized steel cage
- Ring making and frame body making: straightening, pulling, bending, cutting steel wire.
- Welding, grinding.
- Welding body
- Weld the top and bottom to form the complete steel frame.
- Combination of powder coating or electrolytic galvanizing as a whole set (on request).
