Features of Non-Venturi Filter Bag Cages
- The Non-Venturi Filter Bag Cages are typically used for short dust filter bags, with the length under 3 meters.
- General advantages: Do not prevent the airflow of the suction fan, low cost due to easy production, small weight, easy maintenance (clean or replacement).
- For cages made of galvanized steel with electrostatic powder coating or stainless steel (inox), it is suitable for high-temperature environments and resistant to chemical impacts such as humidity, acids, and bases.
- For dust filter bags longer than 3 meters (up to 6 meters), the bag mouth needs an additional venturi accessory to guide compressed air pulses deep down to the bag’s bottom, enhancing dust cleaning efficiency from the mouth to the bottom of the filter bag. Refer: Venturi Filter Bag Cages
Application of Non-Venturi Filter Bag Cages
Used as support cages for dust filter bags in various dust handling applications: factory dust filtration, incinerator dust filtration, production lines generating dust, in industries such as cement production, wood processing, paper manufacturing, ceramics, steel and non-ferrous metals, food processing, animal feed, fertilizers, chemicals, cosmetics, mining, thermal power, ink, paint room filtration, etc.

Before manufacturing, technicians will survey, measure, and take samples to ensure the cagess are accurate after processing. The cages are processed using multi-point welding methods, with beautiful and uniform welds, straight cages, and minimal welding slag.
Production process at TAN THANH
- Making steel wires to the required diameters ranging from 3mm to 5mm.
– If the material is black steel, hot-dip galvanizing of the wire, top, and bottom of the cages can be performed (upon request). - Making ring and cage body: Straighten, draw, bend, and cut the steel wire.
- Ring Welding and Grinding.
- Body Welding.
- Top and Bottom Welding to form a complete steel cages.
- (Adding a steel venturi to the top of the cage using spot welding or riveting, upon request.)
