Features of Split Collar Filter Bag Cage:

For dust collection systems in tight spaces that do not allow the installation of the dust filter bag into the tube sheet (tube plate) from above into the filter chamber, the filter bag is designed to be installed from below through the side doors (and/or inspection doors) on the side of the filter chamber. The installation follows these steps: the filter bag is attached to the cage, the bag mouth covers the cage mouth, then the bag is lifted from below and fixed to the tube sheet above the filter chamber by tightening the hose clamp.

With filter bag over 3 meters (up to 6 meters), the mouth of the bag needs to be attached with a venturi part as a guide for the compressed air pulse to shoot deep into the bottom of the bag, to increase the efficiency of dust removal along the length from the mouth to the bottom of the filter bag.

Dust filter bag cages are used in a variety of dust treatment applications: Factory dust filtration, incinerator dust filtration, dust-generating processing production lines, in many industries (ceramic, steelmaking and non-ferrous metals, woodworking, fertilizer production, cosmetic chemicals, animal feed, mining, thermal power, printing ink, paint filtration,…).

Manufacturing Process:

Pull the steel wire according to the wire diameter requirements from 3mm to 5mm.
If the material is black steel, it is possible to process hot-dip galvanizing the steel wire, the top and bottom of the frame (as required).

Weld the top and bottom to form the complete steel frame.
