Features Of Threaded Collar Top Cage

The Threaded Collar Top Cage is installed in the same way as the Split Collar Cage. With its threaded top/mouth design, it can be screwed from the bottom, saving time.

Applications

The male thread collar top filter bag cages get used in various dust handling applications: factory dust filtration, incinerator dust filtration, production lines generating dust, in many industries( ceramics, steel and non-ferrous metals, wood processing, animal feed , chemical cosmetics, mining, thermal power, ink, paint room filtration, etc.)

Manufacturing Process:

Pull the steel wire according to the wire diameter requirements from 3mm to 5mm.
If the material is black steel, it is possible to process hot-dip galvanizing the steel wire, the top and bottom of the frame (as required).

Ring making and frame body making: straightening, pulling, bending, cutting steel wire.
Welding, grinding.
Welding body
Weld the top and bottom to form the complete steel frame.
Combination of powder coating or electrolytic galvanizing as a whole set (on request).
