Controllers SBFEC DMK-5CSA Series
This device controls the electromagnetic pulse valves to control the injection of compressed air pulses into the filter bag, in the appropriate time sequence to clean the dust on the surface of the dust filter bag, within the set range, to ensure the handling capacity and dust collection efficiency of the bag house.
The pulse controller employs an MCU for its core control over key parameter setup, digital display, cycle interval, pulse interval and pulse duration. It controls dust cleaning according to the “Stop/Run” signal. The output terminals control opening of the electromagnetic pulse valve, then compressed air starts to blow for dust cleaning and the blowing sequence is displayed by an LED. The pulse controller has complete functions and easy to operate, saving power consumption.
Online and direct control, according to external differential pressure or remote control.

– N RC: Fixed output digit (N). Input Voltage / Output Voltage (RC).
Example of code “DMK-5CSA-20“:

– “HL” or blank: standard voltage in/out 220VAC/24VDC.
