Features of Hot-dip Galvanizing Steel Cage
Hot-dip galvanized steel cage use the method of dipping black steel into a molten zinc bath, creating a zinc coating on the entire surface of the steel material. This zinc coating helps protect the steel from oxidation for a long time.
The process of drawing black steel wire and hot-dip galvanizing increases the tensile strength of the steel wire twofold, thereby enhancing the load-bearing capacity of the dust filter bag frame products.
Due to its low cost, hot-dip galvanized steel frames are widely used in all industrial dust filtration system designs for industries such as steel production, cement, wood processing, etc.
Hot-dip Galvanized Steel Cages manufactured by Tan Thanh
TAN THANH will manufacture according to the size and structure requirements of customers. Before manufacturing, technicians will survey, measure, and take samples to ensure the cages are accurate after processing.
The cages are processed using multi-point welding methods, with beautiful and uniform welds, straight cages, and minimal welding slag.

Production process of hot-dip galvanized steel cages at TÂN THANH:
– Black steel wire (Ø 3.5 – 4 mm) is hot-dip galvanized, with thickness and coating adhesion as required. The zinc layer weight (coating adhesion) meets standards and is inspected at Quatest 3.
– After galvanizing, the steel wire is passed through a reinforcement ring welding process to form a sturdy steel frame body.
– The frame body is welded with galvanized top and bottom to create a complete hot-dip galvanized steel frame.
– Additional venturi accessories (detachable, welded, or riveted) can be added as required.
– Storage and Delivery: Pack in wooden pallets / strap + shrink wrap / loose (Contact us for further consultation).
