TAEHA TH-4840-B Pulse Valve

The TH-4840-B model is a diaphragm pulse valve specifically designed for dust collector systems and pneumatic pulse dust collector cabinets. The valve body is made of highly durable solid die-cast aluminum, with inlet/outlet pipe connections via a 1½″ screw connection, suitable for fixed, sturdy installation positions that require little maintenance. The valve has a single pilot structure with 1 highly elastic Elastomer diaphragm and an integral solenoid coil that controls opening and closing directly on the valve body. Its fast opening and closing capability allows the valve to provide the designed pulse flow rate during operation.
The TAEHA TH-4840-B pulse valve is durable, highly efficient, and meets electrical equipment safety (CE, UL) and dust and water resistance (IP65) requirements.

In a pulse valve, there are several opening/closing components constantly exposed to the compressed air pulse stream during operation, which require maintenance, cleaning, or replacement over time. – SPK1: Diaphragm Kit. Part’s number 2, 3: Diaphragm and spring assembly.
The diaphragm kit with an Elastomer elastic coating is suitable for operating temperatures <110 degrees Celsius.
The Viton diaphragm kit is suitable for higher temperature conditions up to 198 degrees Celsius.
– SPK2: Pilot Tube Kit. Part’s number 14, 15, 16, 17: Magnetic pole tube assembly made of high-hardness, corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
