TATA Filter liquid filter bags are available in two main categories:
🔹 Nonwoven Felt Filter Bags
- Materials:
- Polypropylene (PP): Ideal for chemical-resistant applications.
- Polyester (PE): Suitable for high-temperature liquids.
- Micron Ratings: 0.5, 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200 µm.
- Features: Depth filtration, high dirt-holding capacity, thermal bonding to prevent fiber migration.
🔹 Woven Mesh Filter Bags
- Material: Nylon Monofilament Mesh (NMO).
- Micron Ratings: 25 to 1000 µm.
- Applications: Coarse filtration of viscous liquids or large particulate matter.
- Features: Precise pore size, reusable, high mechanical strength.
