The TH‑4820‑B model is a diaphragm pulse valve engineered specifically for dust collectors and compressed‑air pulse cleaning systems. Its die-cast aluminum body offers exceptional durability, featuring 3/4″ threaded inlet and outlet connections for secure, fixed installations that require minimal maintenance.
Designed with a single‑stage structure using a high‑elasticity elastomer diaphragm and an integral solenoid coil, the valve delivers fast, precise opening and closing. This ensures optimal pulse‑air flow exactly as intended by the system’s design.

Ordering infomation: Model TH-4820-B (Pulse Valve 3/4″ single, integral, screw type)
4: Integral Solenoid Coil on the cover part, directly controls the valve’s opening and closing.
8: Single Pilot with a Single Diaphragm (main diaphragm MD02-20 + main spring PM50-20).
20: Pipe size 3/4”.
B: Threaded pipe (screw connection) & Type for Inlet, Outlet (NPT or G-Parallel or BSP Taper).
Coil Voltage: According to the voltage code marked on the coil body, for example: “225” is AC 220/50Hz; “246” is AC 240/60Hz.

The pulse valve TH-4820-B is a single-stage threaded valve with an integrated solenoid coil, consisting of 22 components assembled together as shown in the valve structure illustration below:
Spare Part Kit
In a diaphragm pulse valve, several components are constantly exposed to the compressed air pulse during opening/closing operation, and over time they require maintenance, cleaning, or replacement. TAEHA offers two sets of spare part kit as follows. Contact Tan Thanh to ensure you have access to replacement parts and TAEHA warranty.
– SPK1: Diaphragm Kit. Part’s number (2) & (3): Main diaphragm (MD02-20) and main spring (PM50-20).
Notes:
– The main diaphragm: Elastomer coated, best quality, suitable for operating temperatures <110°C.
– Optional: Viton package is available for high temperature up to 198°C.
– SPK2: Pilot Tube Kit. Part’s number (14), (15), (16) & (17). The pole and tube assembly are made of stainless steel for corrosion environment.
Products directly related to valve operation
1/ Timers: TAEHA offers an accurate TN Timer series. The time setting is consisted of pulse time and interval time. All external controls provide safe and convenient control function. Aluminum die-casted box will make your system more fancy and special.
- TNE Timer: Electrical output signal, board with analog control type, 10-20 ports of output, aluminum die-casted box NEMA 4. Economical design contains the essential functions only for the dust collector. The exterior displays LED lamp and main power switch.
- TNX Timer: Pnuematic output signal, solenoid encapsulated with EP-ROM Digital control type, built-in & pre-wired solenoid coils (PM-63) from 6 to 12 ports of output, aluminum die-casted box NEMA 4, pulse time [0.001 ~ 0.999 sec], dwell time [1 ~ 999 sec]. Exterior design for all controls allows the monitoring, time setting, damage checking without opening the timer case. Free voltage function (AC85~240V / 50~60Hz). Variety of Single /Mutiple /Central Control, operate PLC or DCS controllers.

2/ Solenoid Enclosure: Pilot solenoid enclosure for remote control of the main pulse valves (remote type only). Compact design with coil model PM-60, from 02~12 valves.
3/ Bulkhead Connector: TAEHA offers 5 models of die-casted aluminum connectors [¾”, 1”, 11/4”, 11/2”, 2”], with nuts, seals & seal support cups, used to connect the valve to the pipe and to connect through the filter chamber wall.
4/ Venturi: TAEHA offers 2 models: TV-140 and TV-160. Superior cleaning efficiency often permits the selection of higher air-to-cloth ratios and thus a smaller units to provide the necessary cleaning.
5/ Differential Pressure Gauge: Available in various types, supplied by Tan Thanh.
