The TAEHA TH-4440-C pulse valve meets top standards such as CE, UL, distributed by Tan Thanh in the Vietnam market.
The TH-4440-C model is a diaphragm pulse valve specifically designed for dust collector systems and pneumatic pulse dust collector cabinets. The valve body is made of highly durable solid die-cast aluminum, with inlet/outlet pipe connections via coupling connection, pipe size 1½”. The valve structure features a direct control integral solenoid, a double pilot stage structure with an exhaust port and Elastomer diaphragm, capable of providing a larger pulse flow and faster response compared to single-stage valves.

– 4: 2-stage valve body structure, 1 rubber diaphragm assembly for the solenoid core tube and 1 main rubber diaphragm assembly coated with thermoplastic Elastomer in the valve body.
– 40: Inlet/outlet connection pipe size = 1½”.
– C: Inlet/outlet pipe connection type using a coupling with a compressed rubber gasket, guide bush, and tightening nut.

The TAEHA TH-4440-C pulse valve is a 2-stage diaphragm pulse valve with an integrated direct control solenoid coil and quick coupling connection by TAEHA, consisting of 28 components (fully numbered 28 items, whereas the single-stage valve lacks items 7, 8, and 10), assembled according to the valve structure illustration below:
Spare parts
In a pulse valve, there are several opening/closing components constantly exposed to the compressed air pulse stream during operation, which require maintenance, cleaning, or replacement over time. – SPK1: Diaphragm Kit. Part’s numbers 2, 3, 7, 8: Diaphragm kit including main valve diaphragm and spring (2, 3), diaphragm for the solenoid core tube and spring (7, 8).
The main diaphragm with an Elastomer elastic coating is suitable for operating temperatures <110 degrees Celsius.
Additionally, TAEHA provides a Viton diaphragm kit suitable for higher temperature conditions up to 198 degrees Celsius.
– SPK2: Pilot Tube Kit. Part’s Numbers 14, 15, 16 & 17: Magnetic pole tube assembly made of high-hardness, corrosion-resistant stainless steel.

1/ Timers: Pulse valve control circuit box, die-cast aluminum enclosure, functions to set and control solenoid valves in analog mode or with the precise timing of digital mode, with the ability to multiply the number of valve outputs when connected to expansion boards and modules, connectable to PLC/DCS.
