DMF-Y-76S Embedded Pulse Valve for Compressed Air Tank

The DMF-Y-76S embedded pulse valve belongs to the DMF-Y Series manufactured by SBFEC (China), achieving CE (Europe) and CEP (China) standard certifications, supplied to the European and American markets. Tan Thanh Industrial Filter Company is currently the Commercial Partner importing and supplying SBFEC valves for the Vietnamese market.

The SBFEC “Y” series is an embedded/submerged valve type in compressed air tanks, divided into 2 types based on the opening and closing control method:

  • MF-Y: the valve is remotely controlled to open and close by a small compressed air pipe on the top of the valve.
  • DMF-Y: the valve is directly controlled to open and close by an integrated solenoid coil on the top of the valve cover.

SBFEC Model DMF-Y-76S: is a 2-diaphragm pulse valve, directly controlled to open and close by an integrated solenoid coil on the top of the valve cover. The valve functions to distribute compressed air pulse jets, pipe size 3” (diameter ∅76mm).

  • DMF: Solenoid diaphragm valve – a diaphragm pulse valve with an integrated direct control solenoid coil.
  • Y: Embedded type – “submerged” valve type mounted deep inside the compressed air tank.
  • [76]: Diameter – For example, number 76 means pipe diameter ∅76mm (3”).
  • S: Double diaphragms – valve type with 2 diaphragms (2 valve stages). Without the “S” symbol, it’s a valve type with only 1 diaphragm inside the valve body.
  • [1]: Material – Valve body made of ADC12 die-cast aluminum alloy.
