Emerson has developed the “SmartPULSE System Solution” to provide an efficient monitoring and control system for industrial applications. This solution uses the ASCO P151 Series DPT Controller, a smart control device designed to diagnose, monitor and control, using various sensors (solenoid, pressure, pulse, temperature, level, particle) to detect leaks on dust filters, solenoids and valves (coils, diaphragms), helping to optimize performance and ensure safety for industrial systems.

The P151A – Basic Controller is the entry-level model in the SmartPulse series, provides pulse-jet differential pressure/cleaning control, particulate monitoring, basic diagnostics, and a solid range of features, functions, and I/O for general improved operation and maintenance planning. These essential monitoring and control functions is suitable for basic industrial applications, nuisance dust collectors.
