ASCO SCG353G065 Pulse Valve
ASCO SCG353G065 pulse valve is a pulse valve with 2 diaphragms (2 stages), integrated solenoid coil, quick mount connection type, pipe size (Ø)1½ inch, orifice diameter 52mm, flow factor 43 m³/h, extremely fast opening and closing response time providing a compressed air pulse jet to clean dust filter bags in dust collector systems. The ASCO SCG353G065 valve makes installation and maintenance operations more flexible compared to threaded valves.
Features of ASCO SCG353G065 Pulse Valve
The quick-mount diaphragm pulse valve is specially designed for dust collector service applications, combining high flow, long life, and extremely fast opening/closing to produce reliable and economical operation, suitable for flexible operation and maintenance requirements in all installation positions.
Outstanding advantages of ASCO SCG353G065 Valve:
– 2-stage valve structure, with 2 diaphragm sets made of CR (Chloroprene) rubber material featuring high elasticity, wear resistance, electrical insulation, fire resistance, oil resistance, high resilience, wide temperature range from -20ºC to 85ºC.
– Same size as the SCG353G047 threaded valve and using the same MXX-FT coil, the SCG353G065 quick-mount valve can replace the G047 valve, is easier to install, and eliminates the requirement for threading the pipe ends.
– Withstands harsh, hazardous operating environments, indoors or outdoors.

In addition to its general applicability as a valve device in dust recovery systems for various industries, the SCG353G065 valve is recommended by ASCO as a typical equipment solution in cement dust recovery systems.
