The BRC-25SC7 valve is a single-diaphragm, right-angle type valve. Due to its configuration, it has upper and lower air chambers separated in the middle by a diaphragm and connected by an air passage.
The BRC-25SC7 valve is also called a pulse valve because it has an integrated solenoid coil, functioning to control the valve’s opening and closing to create a compressed air pulse – from the air tank, through the valve – into the blow pipe. When the valve opens, the compressed air entering the valve pushes the diaphragm up, thanks to the pressure difference between the 2 air chambers, creating a sudden blast of air escaping through the lower chamber into the blow pipe to inflate the filter bags, helping to shake off the dust adhering to the filter bags. When the valve closes, the pressure balances and the diaphragm returns to its original position due to the spring’s pushing force.

The FineTek BRC-25SC7 pulse valve has the ordering code BRC10000-ABA8A07MHC:
- 10: B is the type of valve with integrated solenoid control, threaded pipe connection.
- 11,12: A8 is a 1” (DN25mm) pipe connection.
- 13: A means there is only 1 diaphragm separating the upper and lower valve chambers.
- 18: Valve with or without an integrated coil. Voltage code: A = 110VAC, B = 220VAC, C = 24VDC, 0 is without solenoid coil.
