The Finetek BRD-42SC6 valve is a 2-diaphragm, right-angle type valve. The configuration features upper and lower air chambers separated in the middle by a structure of 2 diaphragm assemblies and connected by 2 air passages, providing higher efficiency compared to the 1-diaphragm valve series.
The BRD-42SC6 valve is also called a pulse valve because it has an integrated solenoid coil, functioning to control the valve’s opening and closing to create a compressed air pulse – from the air tank, through the valve – into the blow pipe. When the valve opens, the compressed air entering the valve pushes the diaphragm up, thanks to the pressure difference between the 2 air chambers, creating a sudden blast of air escaping through the lower chamber into the blow pipe to inflate the filter bags, helping to shake off the dust adhering to the filter bags. When the valve closes, the pressure balances and the diaphragm returns to its original position due to the spring’s pushing force.

- 10: B is the type of valve with integrated solenoid control, threaded pipe connection.
