In dust collection applications, such as for a baghouse collector system, TAEHA’s TN Series has 2 product lines of pulse controllers for sequential operation of electromagnetic pulse valves over time, TNE and TNX, meeting top quality standards such as CE, UL, ISO:9001. Each TNX single circuit board has fixed 6 or 12 valve outputs (TNX-06N, TNX-12N).
PRODUCT INFORMATION of TNX-12N TIMER
TNX-12N Timer is a digital pneumatic timer (TNX), 12 outputs, pre-wired with solenoid coils encapsulated (model PM-63), variety of control mode: Single Control, Mulitple Control in one cycle sequence, or/and controlled by dry contact when operating PLC or DCS controller (Central Control).
TNX series with all control functions designed in digital mode form, control the valve according to time precisely by setting the time into EP-ROM memory, including the pulse time of the valve (spray) & the time between valves (interval), the design of the outer box with digital display and adjustment button makes the operation more convenient and safe.
The design of solenoid encapsulated (built-in coils) has the advantage of no need to connect the wire between the timer card and the solenoid coil to prevent dust /humidity from corroding the coils.
All TAEHA controllers have a aluminum die-casted box, with a full control function design from outside the housing very convenient, can operate in dusty or outdoor environments (according to NEMA4/IP65 standard), ensuring electrical safety, the box has a ground wire for the safety of the system operator.

Variety of Single /Multiple /Central Control
In addition to the ability to operate independently (Single control), TAEHA TNX controllers can be connected to each other to increase up to hundreds of outputs (Multiple control), along with the ability to connect to a PLC/DCS central control system (Central control).
