CARTRIDGE DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM
The cartridge dust collection system is known as a special type of dry dust collection system. With pleated tube filters (cartridges) that can be installed horizontally or vertically, the system achieves high dust filtration efficiency. However, this filtration system is not suitable for dust containing oil, wet or sticky dust, or easily combustible dust.
Operating Principle
Dust-laden air is drawn into the dust collection system’s intake by a suction fan. The air velocity decreases suddenly, causing most dust particles to lose kinetic energy and fall directly into the hopper. The remaining fine dust passes through the cartridge filters inside the system and exits through the clean air chamber to the outside environment. Dust is retained on the outer surface of the filter cartridges. The dust particles adhering to the outer surface of the filter cartridges are dislodged by compressed air pressure shot into the filter core. During the cleaning process, dust falls into the hopper and is transferred through the discharge system at the bottom of the equipment (including rotary valves, screw conveyors, drag chains, material handling fans, etc.).


System Structure
- The device’s body is made of SS400 material, painted with two layers for durability, ensuring the entire performance and longevity of the equipment during use.
- The centrifugal fan is calculated and designed by TATA Filter according to specific standards, ensuring requirements are met. The blades are dynamically balanced by digital machines, operating smoothly with low noise, suitable for industrial production environments.
- The cartridge filter system is appropriately arranged, with clear CO and CQ origins.
- The pressure tank, control circuit, and pulse valves ensure the cleaning of dust adhering to the filter surface, maintaining optimal dust handling capability.
- The dust collection bin below the hopper collects and processes dust.
- The control cabinet for the entire system (suction fan, rotary valve, circuit, valve, etc.).
- Dust Filtration Efficiency: ~ 99% for dust particles sized 20 μm to 2 mm.


Explosion Suppression System
The system is integrated with high-tech explosion suppression devices to eliminate and prevent explosions. It detects the initial stage of an explosion inside the equipment and then prevents the fire from spreading. The explosion suppression system eliminates damage to technological equipment, protecting human health and lives. It operates on the principle of highly sensitive detectors that can detect a nascent explosion in milliseconds. The controller sends a signal to open the valves. The pressure from the fire extinguisher pushes special telescopic nozzles, ensuring effective dispersion of the fire extinguisher throughout the protected area. Thus, the explosion pressure is controlled, and its side effects are minimized.
In 0.001 seconds, the explosion suppression system can:
– Detect pressure buildup leading to an explosion.
– Discharge explosion-suppressing chemicals into the space before the explosion pressure increases.
– Remove heat from the burning flames.
– Lower the temperature below the explosion threshold.
– Extinguish unburned particles and prevent heat transfer.
– Protect property and human lives.
