MODULAR BAGHOUSE DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM
The modular baghouse dust collection system is an advanced design solution for handling medium to high dust volumes. This system can be customized to suit various manufacturing industries. Additional modules can be assembled into the existing system at the factory to meet increased production demands and handle larger dust volumes than initially planned.




Operating Principle
The operating principle of this product line is similar to that of conventional baghouse dust collectors, described as follows:
- Air enters the filtration system through the inlet module or hopper, where large dust particles fall out of the airflow. The remaining fine particles pass through the internal filter bags, and clean air is discharged outside.
- When dust accumulates on the filter bags, fans on each module blow air in the opposite direction, removing dust from inside the bags, which falls into the hopper and is then transported by screw conveyors or fans to dust collection bins for disposal.
The filtration efficiency of the modular baghouse system reaches up to 99.5%.
System Structure
- Fans: Designed by TATA FILTRATION to specific standards, featuring high efficiency, multiple motor options, diverse models, and complete control over fan specifications upon delivery.
- Central Dust Processing Unit: Includes filter bags made from genuine materials with CO and CQ origins, ensuring compliance with industrial standards.
- Hopper: Collects dust extracted by fans from dust-generating points, using rotary valves, screw conveyors, chain scrapers, or fans to transport dust to a central processing or reuse location.
- Reverse Pulse Jet Cleaning System: Uses a reverse pulse mechanism to remove dust from inside the filter bags, designed to specific standards.
- Electrical Control System: Manages the entire system with various operating modes (fans, rotary valves, control circuits for pulse jet valves, etc.).
- Hoods and Ducts: Capture smoke, dust, and pollutants and direct them to the processing unit.
- Explosion Suppression System: Integrates advanced technology to prevent and mitigate explosions.


Explosion Venting Device
- When an explosion occurs inside the equipment, the pressure in the protected space exceeds the design threshold, causing the explosion venting device to open, rapidly reducing the pressure to below dangerous levels and releasing the flame from the protected space.
- The explosion venting device is a safety solution in industries with explosion risks, protecting both assets and personnel.
- It offers high efficiency and is widely applied across various industries.
- Low investment cost and high economic efficiency.
- Applications include wood, cement, plastic, pharmaceutical, food, fertilizer, chemical plants, metal smelting, and other industries with explosion risks.
