NEGATIVE PRESSURE DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM

The negative pressure dust collection system uses industrial fans to draw dust-laden air through fabric filter bags, cleaning the dust off the bag surfaces using compressed air pulses connected to diaphragm valves, controlled electrically via a controller set the time or differential pressure.

Operating Principle

  • The centrifugal fan is placed after the central processing device to create negative pressure. Dust and impurities in the exhaust air are collected by hood systems and air inlets into the duct system by the main fan.
    Dust-laden air enters the device containing fabric filter bags inside.
  • During air circulation, dust is retained on the surface of the filter devices. Clean air passes through the filter, into the clean chamber, and returns to the environment.
  • As the dust layer thickens, the air resistance of the filter device increases, so dust needs to be continuously shaken off during operation.
  • Dust can be shaken off by various methods such as mechanical shaking, reverse pressure, or high-pressure compressed air pulses.
  • Dust shaken off the bag surface falls into the hopper below, transported through the discharge system (including rotary valves, screw conveyors, drag chains, etc.), then collected for recycling or disposal according to regulations.
  • The negative pressure dust filtration efficiency reaches up to 99.5%.

System Structure

  • The fan is designed by Tan Thanh to specific standards, with high efficiency, multiple motor options, diverse models, and complete control over the fan’s technical specifications during production.
  • The centrifugal fan blades are dynamically balanced on modern digital balancing machines, operating smoothly with low noise, suitable for industrial production environments.
  • The central dust filtering and processing unit includes fabric bags made from genuine materials with CO, CQ origins, and well-crafted internal filter cages, ensuring quality and industrial standards.
  • Materials are calculated and selected for each working environment of the device to ensure the best durability and performance.
  • The hopper collects dust shaken off from the fabric filter bags, using rotary valves, screw conveyors, drag chains, or load fans to transport dust to the processing or reuse area as per regulations.
  • The system of valves and circuits controls the dust shaking on the fabric bag surfaces, ensuring optimal ventilation for the highest dust processing efficiency.
  • The electrical control system for the entire system has multiple operating modes (fan, rotary valve, control circuit for dust shaking valves, etc.).
  • The hood and duct system to extract smoke, dust, and pollutants to the processing unit.
  • Additionally, the system integrates a high-tech explosion suppression system to eliminate and prevent fires and explosions.

Explosion Suppression System

  • Explosion system is detected in the early stages inside the device and then prevents the fire from exploding.
  • The system eliminates damage to technological equipment, protecting human health and lives.
  • The operation is designed based on the principle of highly sensitive detectors, capable of detecting an emerging explosion in milliseconds. The controller sends a signal to open the valves. The pressure from the fire extinguisher pushes special telescopic nozzles, ensuring effective dispersion of the extinguisher throughout the protected area. Thus, the explosion pressure is controlled, and its side effects are minimized.
  • Within 0.001 seconds, the explosion suppression system can:

+ Detect pressure leading to an explosion.
+ Discharge explosion-suppressing chemicals into the space before the explosion pressure increases.
+ Remove heat from the burning flames.
+ Lower the temperature below the explosion limit.
+ Extinguish unburned particles and prevent heat transfer.
+ Protect property and human lives.
