Features of Two-tier filter cages with venturi:
The 2-tier mouth filter bag cage (with 1 venturi attached) is a type of cage with an additional venturi mouth tier welded /riveted at the top, used for filter bags with a length of 3 meters or more.
The distance between the 2 tiers can solve the stuck at the top part of the cage, both helping to increase flow and reduce the flow on the exhaust fan. Together with the venturi, it is treated as a guide tube for the compressed air pulse to shoot deep down to the bottom of the bag, increased the effectiveness of dust shaking along the length from the top to the bottom of the filter bag.

Manufacturing Process:
- Pull the steel wire according to the wire diameter requirements from 3mm to 5mm.

- Ring making and frame body making: straightening, pulling, bending, cutting steel wire.
- Welding, grinding.
- Welding body
- Weld the top and bottom to form the complete steel frame.
- Combination of powder coating or electrolytic galvanizing as a whole set (on request).
